Lind & Lime Gin
If you’re looking for a gin that’s stunning inside and out look no further! Lind & Lime’s beautiful, multi-award-winning bottle pays tribute to Leith’s industrial heritage and makes this an incredibly giftable gin. And, with a wealth of medals to its name, the spirit definitely does not disappoint either! A classic London Dry, Lind & Lime is a delicious, well balanced and rounded spirit with piney juniper, bold citrus notes and pink peppercorn warmth on the finish. Lind & Lime is a treat for the eyes and the palate, and makes an excellent gin and tonic but, with its zesty lime flavours, it truly sings in a Gimlet.
Purchase from Master of Malt. £34.95 (70cl, 44%).
Chapel Down Bacchus Gin
Equally attractive is Chapel Down’s Bacchus Gin, packaged in a stunning bottle the top half of which – with its classic wine bottle shape – links back to winemaking and the bottom half of which reflects a cut-glass crystal decanter symbolising the other production process; distillation. Created using distilled grape skins from a single vintage year, alongside elderflower, lavender, orange peel and lemon, Bacchus Gin is fragrant and aromatic yet still pleasingly dry. Delicious in a G&T, why not make a celebratory French 75, or better yet, treat Mum to a bottle of Chapel Down Brut as well to make an English 75?
Purchase from Master of Malt. Currently reduced from £32.95 to £27.95 (70cl, 41.2%).
