Equally attractive is Chapel Down’s Bacchus Gin, packaged in a stunning bottle the top half of which – with its classic wine bottle shape – links back to winemaking and the bottom half of which reflects a cut-glass crystal decanter symbolising the other production process; distillation. Created using distilled grape skins from a single vintage year, alongside elderflower, lavender, orange peel and lemon, Bacchus Gin is fragrant and aromatic yet still pleasingly dry.
